Shipping Charges

Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be announced on our website or official social media platforms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Zalooq.

International Shipping

Currently, Zalooq delivers only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
